In The Park Events was started to help small businesses grow and communities come together by organizing fun & safe events for the whole family.
We work with companies and organizations of all sizes to help them put on fun and safe events for the whole family. We have a wide range of services that we offer, from helping with event planning and coordination to providing on-site event management and support, to helping with marketing and promotion. We also offer a variety of add-on services, such as providing entertainment, inflatables, games and providing food and drink service. In addition to our event services, we also offer DJing services as well as photography, video and drone footage for your event.

Join us for the 4th Annual Spring in the Park on May 10th, from
3-9 PM at Baird Park in Sawmills! Explore over 50 vendors, indulge in delicious bites from food and coffee trucks, and let the kids enjoy a huge zone featuring inflatables, a petting zoo, face painting, and more. Experience live music, check out the Jeep & car show, and cap off the evening with an incredible fireworks display, courtesy of the town of Sawmills. Hudson Con – A Celebration of All Things Fandom!

10 AM - 4 PM for a day of comics, gaming, sci-fi, anime, and more at Hudson Con! Enjoy vendors, artists, panels, and our all-ages costume contest. Whether you're a casual fan or a die-hard collector, there’s something for everyone!
Tickets are just $5 and under! Bring a printed or digital ticket for entry. Cash-only tickets available at the door.

With over 2,800 attendees last year, this year promises to be even bigger and better. Enjoy 30+ vendors, delicious food trucks, inflatables, refreshing wines, and free school supplies (while they last).

The 5th annual Autumn In The Park is Oct 11, 2025 from 1-7:30pm at Baird Park in Sawmills off of Mission Rd. There will be 50+ vendors, food trucks, huge kids zone, live music, dog costume contest, kids costume contest, and more. The 3rd annual Christmas In The Market will be Nov 22, 2025 from
2-8pm, at Sawmill's Farmers Market and is presented by In The Park Events and the Town of Sawmills. With 30+ vendors, food trucks, snow, a hay ride, an appearance from Santa Clause, tree lighting, smores station, and more. This event was organized to support local businesses and bring the community together for Christmas.

Co-Owner & Sponsorship Manager
Brandon Scott is the Co-Owner of In The Park Events and the primary point of contact for vendors, food trucks, and event meetings. A dedicated husband and father, he loves spending time with his wife, Dakota, and their son, Easton. Brandon manages the day-to-day operations of In The Park Events, including social media, bookkeeping, marketing, and communications. From answering emails and messages to handling logistics, he ensures everything runs smoothly—making him an essential part of what makes In The Park Events possible.
Co-Owner & Designer
Justin Main
Justin Main is the Co-Owner of In The Park Events. He has been married to his wife, Jamie, for 19 years and lives in Lenoir with their son, Zion. While you may not interact with him often, his contributions play a vital role behind the scenes. Justin is responsible for designing event materials, including flyers, billboards, and banners, as well as maintaining and updating the website. His creative work ensures that each event is well-promoted and visually appealing, helping to bring In The Park Events to life.
